Launched in late 2023, ETM Online will start with our first course:
The Tox Course – Module 1
This is an online Emergency Toxicology course that will teach you the practical approach to common toxicological presentations to the Emergency Department.
Module 1 includes the following lessons: Introduction to Emergency Toxicology and approach to the poisoned patient, Opiates, Quetiapine, Paracetamol, Benzodiazepines, SSRI’s and SNRI’s, Tricyclic antidepressants (TCA’s).
Module 2 of the Tox Course launched in mid-2024, and covers the following topics: Introduction to recreational drugs, Gamma Hydroxybutyrate (GHB), MDMA and LSD, White powders, Inhalants, Cannabinoids, Cathinones, Vaping and Nicotine and Stimulant induced movement disorders.
